Oven 350 degrees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 cups Flour<br>1 tsp Salt<br>\u00bd tsp Baking Powder<br>1 tsp Baking Soda<br>\u00bd&nbsp; Dried Cranberries (Craisins)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 \u00be cup Sugar<br>3 Eggs<br>1 cup Oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 containers of Lemon Yogurt (6 oz) <br>1 T Lemon Extract<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sift the flower, salt, baking powder and soda together.&nbsp; Add dried cranberries to this mixture. In an electric mixer ream together the eggs, oil and sugar.  Using the mixer slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients.  Add yogurt and lemon extract.  Don&#8217;t overwork.  Pour into greased mini loaf pans (3\u201dx5\u201d).&nbsp; Bake approx 30 minutes.  Better results when ingredients are at room temperature.&nbsp; Freezes well.
